Welcome to Tower 36, the newest addition to our collection of Carlsbad vacation rentals. Named after the lifeguard tower that sits directly across the street from the property, it is located on one of the finest beaches in all of southern California. The property renovation was completed in the summer of 2019 and now boasts elegant, yet comfortable finishes throughout. No one detail has been spared! Enjoy stunning panoramic ocean views and spectacular sunsets from either of the two, three bedroom units. Access to the roof deck comes with the Upper unit and offers a unique view of the surf and sand along with a fireplace and comfortable seating. In addition to being less than two minutes from putting your toes in the sand, you are also walking distance to the Carlsbad Village that offers dining, dancing, shopping, yoga, wine and beer tasting and much more. Panoramic Ocean Views
Each unit includes a private patio or balcony with a panoramic ocean view. No need to walk anywhere to view the spectacular Carlsbad sunsets!
Amenities galore
Don’t worry about a thing- we provide beach towels, chairs and umbrellas, boogie boards, your own BBQ and washer/dryer and an outdoor hot shower for rinsing after your return from beach. Both units feature air conditioning, a fire place, two flat screen TVs with DIRECTV and free Wi-fi.

In addition to the highly regarded and expansive Carlsbad beaches that are across the street from the Tower 36 property, it is two miles from Legoland, and a short walk to the Carlsbad Village and the train station that can quickly get you to Encinitas, Del Mar and downtown San Diego.

Each unit includes two, private, off-street parking spaces.
Walk everywhere
Check in, park the car, and give it a rest. It only takes seconds to get your toes in the sand but the property is also walking distance to the acclaimed Carlsbad Village where you will find shopping, dining, breweries and more.
Full Kitchens
Each unit includes a fully appointed kitchen and a large island with two dishwashers. Preparing meals is a treat when you’re looking out at the bright blue Pacific Ocean!
