The bedroom has a queen-sized bed and ample closet and storage space. Ocean breezes filter into the bedroom from the window and separate entrance door. The highly upgraded bathroom has a large walk-in shower and double sinks. The living area has a great room feel about it and lends to the easy living feel carried throughout the unit. Big comfy sofa and chair, large flat screen TV, huge kitchen counter area, dining table and all the items you need to make wonderful meals at home. There is plenty of private patio that extends beyond the covered area allowing you to soak up some California sunshine which is plentiful year-round. Walk out your front door, turn right and you’re a half block from one of the most highly regarded beaches in all of southern California. You’re also very close to the acclaimed Carlsbad Village where you will enjoy shopping, dining, dancing, a weekly Farmers Market, beer and wine tasting and much more.
